House Rules

Please always be respectful of our property and our neighbors. We require photo ID and a rental agreement to finalize a booking. All reservations are subject to final approval from the condo association and may take up to 10 business days to review. Salt / Sand - We understand that it comes with the territory, but you ask you help protect our home by rinsing with the hose near the parking entrance. The home must be kept clean of trash, and all trash must be brought out prior to check out. The trash disposal is straight across the alley and further instructions will be provided when booking. Parking - We have 1 designated parking spot and it will be the guest's responsibility to find additional parking if needed. While staying with us agree to adhere to the "rules and regulations for renters" put in place by the condo association. These will be provided to you as part of your rental agreement (or before if you would like) and you will have 72 hours to cancel for a full refund if you do not agree to them. Any damage, fines, or other liability incurred by you or your guests will be solely your responsibility. Tampering with or disabling any technology in the house will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking in the condo will incur an additional fee of no less than $299 We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.
