The Sea Sharp | Hampton Beach!

Please always be respectful of our property and our neighbors. Salt / Sand - We understand that it comes with the territory, but you ask you help protect our home by rinsing feet with the hose behind the house after returning from the beach! Parking - We have 2 parking spots. There is room for a small to medium size car in the driveway beside the deck. We have room for a second full size vehicle / SUV in front of the steps to the front door. You will be responsible for finding any necessary additional parking, street parking in front of neighboring houses is not allowed. If rain is expected and you're heading out, please close the windows. It can be quite windy by the ocean and the rain can come pouring in. Tampering with or disabling any technology in the house will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking in the house will incur an additional cleaning fee of at least $299 All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash cans on the side of the house. Our trash pickup is Monday so you may encounter trash in the cans from the prior guests. We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

You will have access to the entire house and property!
