From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by breathtaking ocean views visible throughout the space. The open-concept living area features an updated kitchen with a spacious breakfast bar seamlessly flowing into the comfortable living room—the perfect spot to unwind. Step onto the private balcony and take in the ocean views as the waves roll in. The first bedroom offers two twin beds with a full bathroom just outside the door. The primary suite includes an attached bath and panoramic ocean views, creating a serene retreat to wake up in. When you’re ready to explore, Short Sands Beach and Ellis Park are just steps away. House rules

Please always be respectful of our property and our neighbors. We require photo ID and a rental agreement to finalize a booking. All reservations are subject to final approval from the condo association and may take up to 10 business days to review. Salt / Sand - We understand that it comes with the territory, but you ask you help protect our home by rinsing with the hose near the parking entrance. Any trash must be bagged and disposed of prior to check out. There is a chute on our floor for non bulky, bagged trash. Pizza boxes and larger items will need to be carried to the main level and disposed of in the dumpster. Parking - We have 1 designated parking spot and it will be the guest's responsibility to find additional parking if needed. While staying with us agree to adhere to the "rules and regulations for renters" put in place by the condo association. These will be provided to you as part of your rental agreement (or before if you would like) and you will have 72 hours to cancel for a full refund if you do not agree to them. Any damage, fines, or other liability incurred by you or your guests will be solely your responsibility. Tampering with or disabling any technology in the house will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking in the condo will incur an additional fee of no less than $299 We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

We had a wonderful experience with Greg. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, everything except warm weather! The ocean views from both the balcony and the primary bedroom were nice. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Short Sands Beach and within easy walking distance to all the fun in downtown York. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summertime!

My family had a fantastic stay at this condo in York Beach! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to feel at home, making it perfect for us. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Since it's still too chilly for the beach, we were especially grateful for the indoor pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and a great way to keep our kids entertained. The location was also ideal with a great view of the ocean, and short walk to shops and the beach for when the weather warms up. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and we would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!
