After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking in the house will incur an additional cleaning fee of at least $399 We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

Guests have full access to the entire home including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and the wraparound deck and yard. A few owner storage closets and the unfinished basement are not accessible.
