Welcome to our three-level Forest Ridge townhome in Lincoln, 3 minutes from Loon Mountain and built to sleep 12. The main level is the heart of the home: a granite-island kitchen with a 5-burner gas range, wine fridge, and two coffee makers (K-cup and drip); a dining table under an iron chandelier; and a living room warmed by a wood burning fireplace, all opening to a composite deck with a gas grill, high-top seating, Adirondack chairs, and partial mountain views. Upstairs, the primary king suite has a private bath (granite vanity, walk-in shower) and a TV. Two bunk rooms with mountain views handle the kids and extra guests, one with a double-over-double bunk plus a pull-out sofa, the other with twin bunk beds and a single twin. Downstairs is the group favorite: a private queen bedroom with a full bath, plus a second living room built around a sectional, a TV, and an air hockey setup. The real edge is the Forest Ridge clubhouse, yours as our guest: indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a gym, a steam room, tennis and pickleball courts, a game room, and a picnic area with a gazebo. 3.5 bathrooms, in-unit laundry, keyless self check-in, and parking for two (free overflow at the clubhouse) round it out.
