Our condo is part of a welcoming, family-friendly community, and being a good neighbor is one of our top priorities. We ask that you treat the home and shared spaces with care, and be respectful of the enjoyment of those around you. There is construction on the adjacent building as the continue to finish this beautiful community. We expect that to be complete prior to summer of 2025!

House rules

This is a family resort and a great community. Please be respectful and courteous of staff and other guests. No outdoor shoes beyond the mudroom area. We have 2 unassigned parking spaces immediately outside condo entrance. Any additional vehicles need to be parked in the clubhouse parking area. You will need the pool pass to access the pool area. Please ensure it is returned when checking out. Reissue fee is $50 if missing. The on premise amenities (playground, grilling area, pools etc) are free for you to use during your stay, but you are bound by the resort's rules and guidelines. Any damage, fines, or other liability incurred by you or your guests will be solely your responsibility. Any trash must be bagged and brought approx. 1 mile from the condo to the community trash collection located at the entrance to the community. Tampering with or disabling any technology in the condo will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, cameras, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. There is a nightly charge for every guest after 6 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking inside the property will incur an additional fee of no less than $299 Please bag any trash and remove from the living space prior to departure. The dumpster is in the overflow parking lot near the main entrance to the community. We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

We had an amazing time at Greg’s place! It was spotless and perfectly suited for our group of two families. Greg was a fantastic and responsive host. We really appreciated how close it was to Loon and local restaurants and other attractions The kids had a blast at the clubhouse pool and hot tub, while the adults enjoyed the pool table. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely return!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We came with two families—six people total, including two couples and kids. The location was perfect, very close to all the key activities and attractions, making it easy to explore. It's conveniently located just off I-93, which was a huge plus. The space was well-organized, and the service provided was exceptional. The highlight for us was definitely the pool—it was a hit with the kids and a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this place for individuals or small groups looking for a fun and stress-free getaway!
