This is a family resort and a great community. Please be respectful and courteous of staff and other guests.
No outdoor shoes beyond the mudroom area.
The on premise amenities (playground, grilling area, pools etc) are free for you to use during your stay, but you are bound by the resort's rules and guidelines. Any damage, fines, or other liability incurred by you or your guests will be solely your responsibility.
The pool pass is a laminated card attached to a wooden drink coaster and needs to be returned to the bin in the living room. The reissue fee is $35 for a lost card.
Tampering with or disabling any technology in the house will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, cameras, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc.
There is a nightly charge for every guest after 5 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property.
Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 after the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests.
Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150
Smoking inside the property will incur a $299 cleaning fee
Please bag any trash and remove from the living space prior to departure. The dumpster is in the overflow parking lot near the main entrance to the community.
We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

The Village at Loon Mountain is a beautiful condo community nestled into the woods directly across from the main entrance at Loon Mountain. You will be located on the Kancamagus Highway just minutes off I-93 and close to all downtown restaurants, shopping, and activities.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire condo, grounds and the Village Swim and Tennis Club.

Wonderful host! A group of 5 of us stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect! I love the fact that the bedrooms were on different floors. It gave us room to breathe while still being able to hang out together.

We were three adults and two children. The location was very convenient to get to the various nature hikes and attractions we went. There kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools and game rooms at the lodge.
The kitchen was well equipped and we all had a wonderful time.

Greg was very friendly. This was a family vacation with my daughters, son-in-law and grandchildren. We were very happy, my oldest grandchild did not want to leave. We felt right at home, very comfortable. We are already talking about next year and staying at one of Greg's locations, if not this location again. It was very roomy, loved the different levels, and the outdoor balcony was perfect for early morning coffee. Location was perfect as well!! You won't be disappointed
Find us
You will have 2 dedicated parking spots outside the unit and plenty of overflow parking near the main entrance. There is a winter seasonal shuttle that that passes through the community to bring people to and from Loon Mountain. Downtown is only a few minutes in the car and there you will find all the restaurants, shopping and local attractions.
