Welcome to our luxurious 4 bed 5 bath home in beautiful Waterville Valley! With accommodations for up to 14 guests, a private hot tub, and every bedroom featuring its own bathroom, this home is sure to be your new favorite spot. Enjoy quick access to all Waterville has to offer with an unbeatable location. You will be at the base of Tripoli Rd, Town Square is a short walk away, and a shuttle stop is at the end of the driveway! Your ideal mountain retreat starts here!

Good to know

This home features an open concept with an updated kitchen and lots of new furniture throughout. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and fireplace, deck, 3 season porch, full bath and the first bedroom. As you head upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, all with their own attached bathroom. In the finished basement is the pool table, another TV, a 3/4 bath and a walk out to the yard. Outside the main living space is the yard, patio, garden and garage.

Other Details to Note

Use caution when entering the driveway, particularly in inclement weather. The driveway is on a slope from the road down towards the house.

Please always be respectful of our property and our neighbors. No outdoor shoes beyond the mudroom area The house relies on technology for accessibility and efficiency. Tampering with or disabling anything in the house will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. There is a nightly charge for every guest after 5 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 after the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Please bag any trash and remove from the living space prior to departure. There are trash cans provided in the garage for collection. We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

Greg's Waterville home was incredible! Our annual ski trip was made so much easier with the proximity to the mountain. The hot tub and pool table were both in great shape. The sheer number of bedrooms and bathrooms meant everyone was comfortable. He was also very responsive to our questions during our stay. I would absolutely book with Greg again!

My family stayed at the house for a few days while we went skiing. The house is in a great location to/from the resort, as well as WV center. We are a family of 6 that fit very comfortably into the house, with plenty of extra space. The kids were very happy to take over the basement level and enjoy their own space. Greg was a great host that always responded to messages right away, while also messaging me all info/instructions ahead of time so there were no questions needed.

Find us

There is a resort shuttle stop 10 yards from the driveway. The shuttle is free and has stops throughout the downtown area as well as up at the ski area. Just search "Waterville Valley Shuttle" to see the schedule online as the shuttle runs at different times throughout the year.
