Summit 71 | Pools, Shuttle, Near Loon & Downtown

This is a family resort and a great community. Please be respectful and courteous of staff and other guests. No outdoor shoes beyond the mudroom area. The pool pass is on a lanyard hanging inside the second door. There is a $75 reissue fee if it is not returned at the end of your stay. We have 2 assigned parking spaces immediately at the bottom of the stairs to our door. Any additional vehicles need to be parked in the overflow lot. The on premise amenities (playground, grilling area, pools etc) are free for you to use during your stay, but you are bound by the resort's rules and guidelines. Any damage, fines, or other liability incurred by you or your guests will be solely your responsibility. Any trash must be bagged and removed from the condo prior to departure. The trash area is 1/3 of a mile from our home. It is down the hill at the intersection of Easterly Rd and Clearbrook Rd. Tampering with or disabling any technology in the condo will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, cameras, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. There is a nightly charge for every guest after 6 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking inside the property will incur an additional fee of no less than $299 We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.
