About
Your stay with us will be at our peaceful condo nestled into the hills directly across from Loon Mountain. Whether you're here to hit the slopes, experience the ice castles, or visit one of the other attractions Lincoln has to offer, the Mountain Retreat will be the perfect home base for your group. Your group will enjoy unbeatable views, a seasonal shuttle, complimentary access to the pools and hot tubs, and be just minutes to downtown Lincoln.
Good to know
As you enter our condo you will be in a dedicated mudroom, great for skis, boots and other outdoor gear. Just inside the second door you will find the first bedroom with a queen bed and pull out twin bed as well as the first full bath. Half a level up will take you into the living room, dining area, kitchen and deck - all with amazing views of Loon's main slopes! Above that you will find the loft with a set of twin bunks and another twin for a total of 3 beds. If you head all the way back down you will find yourself in the primary bedroom with a king bed, attached full bath, and more views of Loon Mountain!

This is a family resort and a great community. Please be respectful and courteous of staff and other guests.
No outdoor shoes beyond the mudroom area.
The pool pass is pinned to the bulletin board in the kitchen. Please ensure it is returned there when checking out. Reissue fee is $35 if missing.
The on premise amenities (playground, grilling area, pools etc) are free for you to use during your stay, but you are bound by the resort's rules and guidelines. Any damage, fines, or other liability incurred by you or your guests will be solely your responsibility.
Tampering with or disabling any technology in the condo will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, cameras, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc.
There is a nightly charge for every guest after 5 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property.
Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests.
Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150
Smoking inside the property will incur an additional $299 cleaning fee
Please bag any trash and remove from the living space prior to departure. The dumpster is in the overflow parking lot near the main entrance to the community.
We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Perfect location for exploring fall colors — easy access to the Kancamagus Highway and nearby trails. Loved the mountain views and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay again!

This townhouse was everything we needed! This was a fast booking and Greg was very helpful along the way. He offered great local food recommendations, as well! This location was great as it sat at the end of the Kancamagus Highway making it very easy to get to the local hikes and attractions. Highly recommend!

We had a girls weekend with 4 of us staying at Greg's condo. It was the perfect spot and homebase for a fun weekend of fall activities - hiking, winery visit, and small town exploring! Despite the crowds in the Lincoln area, Greg's condo was the perfect space to escape but also be close to all the action. It was clean and relaxing with beautiful views off of the main living room, which we really enjoyed! Everything in the condo was the perfect blend of clean and cozy - would recommend for friends or family looking to get away for a bit! We spent more time in the condo than we had planned, simply because it was perfect for spending time together!

Stayed a few days at this condo and it was nice. Everything you would need is in the condo. Nice area, lots of restaurants, close to attractions for kids and lots of hiking opportunities. Very responsive host that also gives dining recommendations.

Greg was a fantastic host! He accomated our last minute booking with quick and responsive communication. The loft was very clean and in a great location for all the local attractions and hiking. We had a great visit to Lincoln and enjoyed this condo as our home base. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and lots of amenities for us to enjoy. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs! The location was excellent, right down the road from lots of restaurants. And we had fun at the Loon Resort across the street. Thank you, Greg, for letting us stay in your home!
