Your stay with us will be at our peaceful condo nestled into the hills directly across from Loon Mountain. Whether you're here to hit the slopes, experience the ice castles, or visit one of the other attractions Lincoln has to offer, the Mountain Retreat will be the perfect home base for your group. Your group will enjoy unbeatable views, a seasonal shuttle, complimentary access to the pools and hot tubs, and be just minutes to downtown Lincoln.

Good to know

As you enter our condo you will be in a dedicated mudroom, great for skis, boots and other outdoor gear. Just inside the second door you will find the first bedroom with a queen bed and pull out twin bed as well as the first full bath. Half a level up will take you into the living room, dining area, kitchen and deck - all with amazing views of Loon's main slopes! Above that you will find the loft with a set of twin bunks and another twin for a total of 3 beds. If you head all the way back down you will find yourself in the primary bedroom with a king bed, attached full bath, and more views of Loon Mountain!

House rules

This is a family resort and a great community. Please be respectful and courteous of staff and other guests. No outdoor shoes beyond the mudroom area. The pool pass is pinned to the bulletin board in the kitchen. Please ensure it is returned there when checking out. Reissue fee is $35 if missing. The on premise amenities (playground, grilling area, pools etc) are free for you to use during your stay, but you are bound by the resort's rules and guidelines. Any damage, fines, or other liability incurred by you or your guests will be solely your responsibility. Tampering with or disabling any technology in the condo will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, cameras, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. There is a nightly charge for every guest after 5 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking inside the property will incur an additional $299 cleaning fee Please bag any trash and remove from the living space prior to departure. The dumpster is in the overflow parking lot near the main entrance to the community. We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

Greg was a very responsive host who provided clear instructions from check-in to check-out. The condo had a beautiful view of Loon Mountain and the location offered a shuttle for easy access to the mountain.

Greg's place at Loon Mountain Village was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. It is located on the shuttle route to the ski resort. We were there mid-week, so we just drove to the resort and had no problem with parking. The adorable town of Lincoln with restaurants, bars, shopping, ski shops, etc. is only a mile or so away, and North Woodstock and other cute towns are also close by. (We highly recommend Littleton, which is a half-hour north.) Greg was extremely helpful, with restaurant recommendations and easy check-in/check-out instructions. We would definitely rent again!
