We are part of a family community and being respectful of our neighbors is a top priority. There is no street parking, all cars must be contained within the driveway. There is a 15 mph speed limit in the Coolidge Falls Community.

Please always be respectful of our property and our neighbors. No outdoor shoes beyond the mudroom area The on premise amenities (playground, grilling area, pools etc) are free for you to use during your stay, but you are bound by the resort's rules and guidelines. Any damage, fines, or other liability incurred by you or your guests will be solely your responsibility. The pass is a laminated card attached to a wooden drink coaster and needs to be returned to the key hook inside the front door. The reissue fee is $35 for a lost card. Tampering with or disabling any technology in the house will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. There is a nightly charge for every guest after 5 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking in the house will incur an additional cleaning fee of at least $299 Any trash must be bagged and brought to the community trash collection 0.5 miles from the house. We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests. Per Coolidge Falls Association Speed limit on property is 15 mph Fireworks prohibited You are responsible for any fines or other liabilities caused by you or your guests

Gavia Chalet is located in the Coolidge Falls association directly across from the main entrance of Loon Mountain. You will be at the end of a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood. Within the community is the Loon Village Swim, tennis and workout club, and an outdoor area with playgrounds, cornhole, giant chess and other fun activities.

The place is clean and easy to find. When we checked in, the upstairs rooms have no heat. When I communicated to Greg, he was very proactive to send a technician to fix it, when it is difficult to diagnose the issue, Greg had offered us with a new place to stay at the same price. The new place was as good as the old one and we enjoyed our stay in that place.

We were a group of 11 adults and had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with every cooking and baking item needed. There were large bottles of dish soap, paper towels and even dishwasher detergent. We had a great stay and would visit again We tried walking the trash to the dumpster but then realized it was too far away to walk - keep this in mind Host was super responsive and gave us good dinner recommendations We hope to be back some day!
