The chef’s kitchen features quartzite counters, high-end appliances, and seating for the whole crew—perfect for leisurely breakfasts before first chair and shared dinners after a day on the mountain. Five bedrooms and four and one half baths make it easy for multiple families or larger groups to settle in. Three king suites -one on each level- offer private retreats; two flexible bunk rooms keep everyone close but comfortable. Downstairs, the lower-level lounge is made for movie nights and game time and more sleeping flexibility with 2 built in twin beds. House Rules

Please always be respectful of our property and our neighbors. No outdoor shoes beyond the entryway area For guest safety, all upper-level windows are equipped with emergency latches that limit opening to 6 inches. These latches may only be released in the event of an actual emergency. Tampering with or disabling them during your stay is strictly prohibited. Our deck offers beautiful views but is elevated—please use caution and always supervise children while enjoying it. Tampering with or disabling any technology in the house will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. There is a nightly charge for every guest after 8 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking in the house will incur an additional cleaning fee of at least $399 We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

Our stay at Greg's home was above and beyond what we expected. The layout of the home was perfect for our three families. The adults spent most of their time relaxing by the cozy fire while the kids enjoyed their time in the lower entertainment level. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. Furthermore, the location to the chair lift was ideal. It allowed us to stop for breaks when needed and head back out whenever people were ready. We had a snow storm while we stayed and the maintenance crew came often to plow. The shuttle service also came by frequently to ask if we needed a ride which was very helpful for our younger children in their ski boots! Lastly, Greg was helpful and communicative with any and all questions that we had. He streamlined our stay and accommodated our needs. Thank you Greg, for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

We came here for a ski weekend with two families. The house is in excellent condition, tons of room for kids to play and great space by the fire for adults to hang. We walked to the quad in the mornings and loved not having to deal with shuttles or parking at the mountain. Greg is a great, responsive host. We’d absolutely stay there again.

Greg and the house were amazing! If you put emphasis on a luxury stay, with all the amenities and pristine condition, this is the house for you. Right at the base of the mountain, easy access to bars and restaurants, and an at home feel. If I could give 10 starts, I would!

We really enjoyed staying in this home for our fall getaway! It truly sleeps 16+ and could easily accommodate 3 families with tons bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge areas, and still have plenty of space to relax. The layout and decor are well thought out - modern-rustic and really lovely. Great outdoor spaces - fire pit and hot tub on patio, grill and table on deck, enclosed sunroom. The location is very convenient - a short scenic walk to the shops and restaurants at the RiverWalk Resort. The host, Greg, is very helpful and provided local recommendations. Highly recommend renting this home!
