Our condo is part of a welcoming, family-friendly community, and being a good neighbor is one of our top priorities. We ask that you treat the home and shared spaces with care, and be respectful of the enjoyment of those around you. This vibrant community is nearing completion, and nearby construction crews are putting the final touches on an adjacent building. While you may see some daytime activity, it’s generally quiet and shouldn’t affect your stay.

House Rules

This is a family resort and a great community. Please be respectful and courteous of staff and other guests. No outdoor shoes beyond the mudroom area. We have 2 unassigned parking spaces immediately outside condo entrance. Any additional vehicles need to be parked in the clubhouse parking area. You will need the pool pass to access the pool area. Please ensure it is returned when checking out. Reissue fee is $50 if missing. The on premise amenities (playground, grilling area, pools etc) are free for you to use during your stay, but you are bound by the resort's rules and guidelines. Any damage, fines, or other liability incurred by you or your guests will be solely your responsibility. Any trash must be bagged and brought approx. 1 mile from the condo to the community trash collection located at the entrance to the community. Tampering with or disabling any technology in the condo will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, cameras, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc. There is a nightly charge for every guest after 6 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property. Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 at the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests. Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150 Smoking inside the property will incur an additional fee of no less than $299 Please bag any trash and remove from the living space prior to departure. The dumpster is about 1 mile away on the corner of Forest Dr and Forest Ridge Dr at the entrance to the community. We have a number of things in our home that we leave accessible for you to enjoy during your stay. We expect you will treat our home and everything in it as if it is your own. Prior to leaving please return items where you found them so they will be available for us and our future guests.

Greg’s place was clean, modern, and spacious with plenty of room for our family of five! After a difficult experience our first night in NH at another Airbnb, we were so fortunate to find this place. Greg was very helpful and accommodating, and we were able to settle in right away. We especially appreciated the large kitchen for cooking and comfortable, quiet bedrooms. The living room was perfect for movie nights. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it!

Greg’s condo is a great spot for a getaway! Close to everything but secluded enough for peace and quiet. The pool is close for a quick after dinner swim. The condo itself is beautiful and very comfortable, would definitely stay there again!

This condo is super spacious and bright with a nice treeline view from the back deck and mountains in the distance out the front. The kitchen is really large and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. We had a great stay and would come again!
