Welcome to Nordic Village's most recently renovated condo! Brand new kitchen and bathrooms! You won't find a cozier, more central location for your next White Mountain getaway than this updated condo in Nordic Village! You will be staying in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo that is 10 minutes or less to all Mount Washington Valley has to offer. A quick ride brings you to Story Land, North Conway, Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat, Jackson Village and more!
Good to know
This condo is a two level unit featuring two complete living spaces on each floor. Upstairs has a small deck with a seasonal view of Cranmore mountain while the downstairs is a walk-out to the grounds. In the event your group needs a little separation on vacation there is a living room on each floor both equipped with smart TVs, a TV in each bedroom, even two fully equipped kitchens! This condo is close to all the resort's amenities which include an indoor pool and hot tub, two outdoor pools (one is heated year round), a year round outdoor hot tub, game room, grilling areas, playground and miles of walking trails.

This is a family resort and a great community. Please be respectful and courteous to the staff and other guests.
Please do not wear outdoor shoes while in the condo.
The Air Conditioners are built in and are not movable. There will be a $250 reinstallation fee and you will be responsible for any damage caused from relocating an air conditioning unit
The condo relies on technology for accessibility and efficiency. Tampering with or disabling anything in the condo will lead to reconnection fees of $50 per device and may result in an immediate checkout without refund. This includes but is not limited to internet, cable, lock hubs, TVs, appliances, smoke and CO detectors etc.
Late check out without prior permission may be billed starting at $50 during the first hour and $100 after the start of the second hour. After 2 hours you will be billed for an additional night and any cost incurred to accommodate incoming guests.
There is a nightly charge for every guest after 5 guests to offset additional operating expenses. A guest is defined as anyone who enters the property during your stay. If you know other people staying in the area and would like to bring them by as a day guest please reach out for an exemption before they come to the property.
Any bodily fluid cleanup will incur a bio hazard fee of $150
All trash must be removed from the condo prior to your checkout. Dumpsters are across the parking area to the right when walking out the front door.

Neighborhood
The resort is 1 mile to Story Land and only 10 minutes to Attitash Mountain or all the shopping and restaurants in North Conway. About 15 minutes in either direction you can find Mount Washington, Wildcat Mountain, and the eastern side of the Kancamagus Highway.
Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire condo. You will also have access to the pools, hot tubs, playground, tennis courts, game room and other on site amenities any time during their operating hours.

Greg was a wonderful host. The space is amazing clean beautiful peaceful and comfortable! Lots to do in the summer and winter. Will definitely be back when time allows in the winter to ski!

We had a blast staying at Greg’s beautiful place! It was the perfect set up for a multigenerational trip with a toddler and grandparents! It’s been recently renovated and everything was spotless! Greg was super helpful and responsive and even chimed in with some local recommendations. We took advantage of the pool which was lovely! It’s 3 minutes to Storyland and very close to plenty of local restaurants, short drive to North Conway! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Clean recently renovated condo close to Storyland. Perfect spot for a family trip close to what the area has to offer. Greg the host was very responsive and provided recommendations for dining in the area. Highly recommend if you are traveling to the N. Conway, Bartlett, Jackson area.

Greg is a great host. The stay was exactly what we needed. We traveled as a family with two young kids and my mother in law. The condo was private enough that we all felt comfortable. Both floors had a kitchen and shower which made it easy for us to separate at night, keeping it quiet for my mother in law at night. There were tvs in every area. Nice furniture with comfortable bedding. The condo was in a beautiful area where there was a playground, indoor pool and several outdoor pools. We traveled here to visit storyland so if you’re looking for a place to stay with the family, this place is it. North Conway also a very close drive for walking, shopping and dining.

Greg's place was excellent for 4-person family's trip to Story Land. My two daughters (1 & 4) slept in the basement: the 4yr-old slept in the twin bed and the 1yr-old slept in our pack 'n play in the living room. There wasn't a door between them, but there was plenty of space, so it worked well. My husband and I slept on the 1st floor. It was nice having our own space!
I was confused about the layout when I booked, so here is an overview. When you first walk in, you're on the 1st floor and there are stairs down to the basement level. On the 1st floor, you first see the bedroom (1 queen bed) and then a hallway which has the bathroom (shower only) and then the galley kitchen. On the other side of the kitchen, you have the dining area, living room, and a balcony with a small table & 2 chairs. Going back to the condo entrance and go down the stairs, you get to the basement which essentially has the same layout as the 1st floor: bedroom>bathroom>kitchenette>living room.

We had a great stay at Greg’s place. The proximity to storyland was perfect and the 2 levels of living was great for our young family. We hope to return next year!!
