We had a great time here. It’s a beautiful, clean, comfortable place in a perfect location with close access to North Hampton beach as well as Hampton beach. Marlaina is an awesome host and we enjoyed her local recommendations. We hope to return soon!

Stayed a few days at this condo and it was nice. Everything you would need is in the condo. Nice area, lots of restaurants, close to attractions for kids and lots of hiking opportunities. Very responsive host that also gives dining recommendations.

The condo was extremely clean, new and cozy. It’s location is ideal near Loon and Clark’s Trading post. Everything was clean and well organized. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo for the weekend.

Greg was a wonderful host. The space is amazing clean beautiful peaceful and comfortable! Lots to do in the summer and winter. Will definitely be back when time allows in the winter to ski!

Greg was a fantastic host! He accomated our last minute booking with quick and responsive communication. The loft was very clean and in a great location for all the local attractions and hiking. Greg went above and beyond to return a lost item that we had left behind. I cannot recommend it enough! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a blast staying at Greg’s beautiful place! It was the perfect set up for a multigenerational trip with a toddler and grandparents! It’s been recently renovated and everything was spotless! Greg was super helpful and responsive and even chimed in with some local recommendations. We took advantage of the pool which was lovely! It’s 3 minutes to Storyland and very close to plenty of local restaurants, short drive to North Conway! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place / even better than the pictures. And the view of Loon Mountain from the main room was incredible. Spacious rooms but still felt comfortable and inviting. Host was super responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to returning!

Excellent location. The place small + quaint + older -- but that's exactly what we wanted. It's vintage Hampton Beach cottage. Extremely clean. Well stocked. Wonderful deck + grill. AC wall unit that cools the place very well. Easy access to North Beach and Main Beach. All in all just phenomenal. Would stay again.

We loved this condo! There is so much space, and it has a very private view of Loon Mountain off the living room and kitchen. The rec center is a 2-minute walk away and the kids could go there on their own easily. The rooms are big and our three families felt comfortable in all the space. Having a garage was key, too, for storing our bikes. And Greg was really easy to communicate with. He responded immediately to all of my messages. Can’t wait to go back!
